    Robert was such a fantastic help with upgrading my phone. Came in on vacation after my phone would not hold a charge. I got in and out of there fast so I could make it to the hockey game! Highly recommend coming in and requesting Robert for anything you need!

    Steven is a great customer service rep and is very helpful and very good at what he does with helping you out the most he can to get you the most out of your credit and helpful with anything you need to ask ty for your time and help through my change over with everything. Great dude and glad he was here from Providence Rhode Island give him a 5 star across the board. Thanks Anthony C

    Robert helped me upgrade my phone to an iPhone 17 and was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was particularly helpful with the transfer process, which was difficult because my old phone's battery was severely degraded. I felt like he was generally looking out for my best interest and would trust him with other purchases here.

    I go there to get my cellphone fixed. One guy tells me I’m all set but I need to wait. I waited an hr and than he tells me “if your phone won’t turn on there’s nothing I can do for you! I need to send a pin” so I had no phone for 4 days! I go back and this guy says “if you know the account pin you don’t need your phone on” the first guy just was lazy! Don’t go here! Luckily they switched now so hopefully it gets better!
