    Have been a Verizon customer continuously for nearly 15 years. My experience at this storefront made me want to switch providers to a competitor as I was walking out the door. ***If at all possible, choose a different location to give your business.*** Worst customer service experience that I have experienced that I can remember. Staff was dismissive, completely uninterested in even physically looking at my phone to attempt to help resolve my problem, told me there was nothing I could do to fix it. When I got home, I did a google search to try to hunt down if I could restore my lost data and ended up figuring out the solution on my own in about 10 minutes, after being told by the Verizon technician there was absolutely no way that it could be done after he didn't even look at the device. Visiting this location was a complete waste of time and energy.

    Costumer service told me to return the modem to this store, and they send me to UPS, and the lady who work there was so nervous I don't know why!!!
