It's not, but the very nice customer service woman helped me put in an order for a couple custom perfume sample orders over the phone. So at least I got to use my gift card. And the customer service person was very patient with all my questions, so 5 stars, just don't buy a gift card for here thinking it will be a fun make your own perfume experience.
