We had an emergency with our Sim not being recognized and we couldn't connect to the network. We were already late and trying to catch a flight in NO. Demi was able to set up an eSim for us. She prioritized us and reassured she will try and fix it asap. She got it all figured out and got us on our way. Thank you so much, Demi!
