    I visited this location today to inquire about purchasing four iPhone 17s at $25 per line. The representative, Melanie (spelling may vary), initially acted as though she was unfamiliar with the promotion. I had to call my daughter, who restated exactly what I was looking for, and only then did Melanie begin assisting me. Also, there was a BIG SIGN ON THE WALL BLINKING W/ the promotion repeatedly, which further confirmed my suspicions w/ why she acted totally oblivious! The process was unnecessarily long, with repeated login issues and frequent back-and-forth. She continually asked her colleague, Ashley, for help, which in itself was not a problem, but it did raise concerns about her familiarity with the process. Despite that, the interaction remained pleasant until I was asked to provide identification. At that point, they requested additional forms of ID that seemed excessive and unreasonable—more than what my bank even requires. What made me especially uncomfortable was that Melanie stepped outside to speak with a call center representative and then began asking me personal and irrelevant questions, such as who the phones were for, what I planned to do with my old phones, and why I did not want to trade them in. None of this information is relevant to making a purchase. The entire experience felt condescending and invasive, as if I needed to justify spending my own money. I felt judged and uncomfortable, and the interaction came across as prejudiced. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
