They both helped me get a new phone through my insurance after it got stolen even though insurance denied me 4 times for absolutely atrocious and ridiculous reasons. They both deserve a lot of credit and kudos. They at least deserve a pizza party or something. Best associates ever.
- BJBrandish JacksonNov 10, 20205.0So the sales representative David I believe... was amazing, I went in with my husband to pay a bill. Although the Store manager was rude and dismissive. David was very attentive and actually excited to help us. He was so knowledgeable that we end up purchasing a phone and adding it to the plan. We left happy with 2 phones. The following day the lines were disconnected with a new charge of $15.83 to reactivate them. After being hung up on with no reason of where the charges accumulated from, we decided to return to the store to either return the phone or fix the problem. David, was there ready and willing to help. He was hung up on twice by Cricket Representative and react out to Management who just told him to keep calling. Needless to say he was relentless and did not let us walkout until the matter was taken care of all while multi-tasking with other customers. Well done David
