The first time I arrived the ladies didn't greet me or say anything so I left and came back about an hour later. This time they greeted me. I began explaining my problem and she began texting someone. She didn't look up and said to take any game, anti-virus and cleaner off and that should fix the problem. I had already done that--but she wouldn't listen. Said nothing else could be done.

I got to the store at 1:30 says open 11-5pm no one was there, door locked. Then I had sit on the phone with Verizon for almost 2 hours to get the order canceled and drive to bossier to get the phone. There was no note “gone to lunch” or anything. I probably should have called but when it says on Verizon app open and I even googled it I assume be open. This why people choose to do things in bossier and other cities then in our hometown.
