  This store was recently bought out from Verizon and has gone independent. I found this out when I did an online deal for a new phone and Verizon selected this store for my pickup. I showed up to the store to pick up my new phone only to have the incredibly lazy and dishonest staff cancel my order blaming the store conversion on this failure. I stayed in the store on the phone with Verizon corporate and listened to several different reps argue with the store manager. At one point the Verizon corporate rep actually hung up my phone after a relative shouting match with the store manager stating "you know this is on your end and you know what you are doing". At that point I lost hope and figured I was not leaving with my deal. The store tried repeatedly for me to cancel so "the store" could give me a deal and thats when it clicked that they are not getting full commission and are running this racket for Verizon in store pickups. Verizon corporate called me back and changed my order to ship to home. I see why these stores are getting sold off and I don't blame Verizon at all for going online and ship-to-home. Needless to say, I'll never be back. 14 year Verizon customer here...maybe time to see what AT&T has to offer.

  Store Rep was awesome. He talked to me about 5G home internet. I gave it a shot, and not looking back. First month free, under $50 after, no commitment. Setup is simple, speed is fast considering (i get 167-263mbps on wifi, ping between 16 and 32ms) there are 2 ethernet ports available, havent tried them yet because 5g is faster than my cable was. Highly recommend over cable, highly affordable.
