    This store, like every Verizon brick and mortar store, is entirely pointless, especially if you need any kind of tech support. If you need true help, commit to calling Verizon 800 number support for over an hour and ask for Tier 2 tech support if after the first 15 minutes the person can't resolve your issues. It will save you MULTIPLE DAYS OF NIGHTMARE issues. Also, the attitude of the store employees at this store was: "Your in my house and I'm in my living room chilling enjoying a glass of wine and I don't want to be bothered." This was what other customers encountered there while I was there too, and they (the customers) actually reached out to help me themselves after seeing the debacle I was stuck in. To be fair, the store employees did the only thing they have the power to do: Install a new Sim card, reset it, call tech support and then left me on the phone with them for an hour of hold time of dead silence until the store closed and the issue I brought to them still existed when I left and to make issues worse this was the second Verizon store I'd visited in 2 days. Customer service is dead ya'll... It only exists in the cloud and Ai is slowly taking over it.

    I went to the store to resolve an issue with my internet, and although I was upset, I was never disrespectful. I simply asked if anyone spoke Spanish, and while one employee was serving me, the other three laughed and mocked me, thinking I didn't understand English. I do speak it, and I fully understood their offensive comments. This behavior was offensive, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected as a customer. I believe that store staff should provide respectful treatment, regardless of the language the customer speaks. I hope this situation is addressed and that steps are taken to ensure no other customer has to endure the same kind of mockery and disrespect I experienced.🫩🤡

    I've been a verizon costumer for almost 10 years and have visited my fair share of verizon store. I've never had an issue before yesterday. I stopped by this location to run some numbers and possibly make some changes to my account and maybe upgrade my phone. I was informed by the two verizon reps behind the counter that the changes I was contemplating would have to be made over the phone. This was news to me as I worked for verizon at one point and this could definitely be done in store. However that was a while ago and thing change. Thats fine. I understood. What bothered me was after the two women told me the change needed to be made over the phone, they were very reluctant to do anything else. It felt as if they were ushering me out the door. I drove an hour out as the store by my house was having internet issues and feel my time was wasted by folks who didn't want to do there job.

    Spent almost 3 hours on 2 separate trips to get 1 question answered and pay a bill. Name was taken both times but was never called. Both times, sales personnel disappeared into the back of store for over 15 minutes before returning. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
