He sold me my new phone, and I traded in my older phone. He tended to all of the paperwork and erased my old phone. Tra even put on my screen protector. He also made a work order for me to get a troubleshooting issue resolved. The store was also very clean and comfortable. This is my second cell phone to purchase from this particular store. I highly recommend Verizon Services, and this store to anyone who needs cell phone products or services.

As soon as my husband and I walked in he smiled and greeted us, we explained we were interested in purchasing a phone and he was very professional and the transaction was complete as far as guestions we had were answered, the explanations were easy to understand and he made suggestions to help us and offered to help if we had any concerns once we had the phone a few days. This was the customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!
