Proceeded to try and explain to me why I wasn’t getting what I was already promised. I didn’t ask this store to do anything except take in a simple trade in device that was pre authorized. Couldn’t fix the issues now I have to spend hours in the phone trying to fix this girls mistakes.

Today was neither. It’s like they brought in scabs while the 1st team was on vacation. Very disappointed in this type service from verizon. Never had this experience with them before. Not a good sign for this store though.
