Went back in and the rep was short and didn’t listen to what my issue was before she started telling me what she’d already told me on the day of purchase (regarding my apps). She was very short and seemed irritated. (Which irritated me) Eager to sell but not eager to troubleshoot. I will find another Verizon store because the same rep had an attitude with my daughter, as well, on an earlier date. Too bad because it’s the store closest to both of us.
