  Very friendly and professional staff. The manager went out of his way to give me options and help with my dad's old sick phone. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you!

  I visited the Verizon store this past weekend, arriving around 2:30 PM on Saturday, 12/20, and was immediately frustrated to find the store completely unattended. I knocked on the back door multiple times with no response, went outside and came back in several times, and still could not locate any staff. I did notice two people sitting in a car outside the store who appeared to be employees. Despite seeing me repeatedly, they made no effort to acknowledge or assist me. Another customer came in, and after I explained there were no workers available, she had to open the back door and yell for help before a staff member returned. When the employee finally came back inside, the other two workers also returned from outside. The manager, a female employee, questioned one of the employees about his whereabouts, and he claimed he had only been gone five minutes, though it seemed closer to fifteen. It was extremely unprofessional for three employees to be on break simultaneously and leave the store unattended. To make matters worse, the manager was unable to complete my simple order pickup. I was only there to pick up a phone I had previously ordered, yet she could not figure out how to provide it without activating it first. This is not my first negative experience with this store, and it is clear that customer service is a recurring problem here. I will not be returning and would caution others about the lack of professionalism and service at this location.

  Tyrese was absolutely awesome. He helped me with assistance with getting my bill Corrected in services definitely ask for him if you’re in Bossier City he is awesome!!

  I went from an XR to iPhone 16. Rep was eager to help. I had trouble with it once I got home because my messages were going to my iPad and not my new 16. Went back in and the rep was short and didn’t listen to what my issue was before she started telling me what she’d already told me on the day of purchase (regarding my apps). She was very short and seemed irritated. (Which irritated me) Eager to sell but not eager to troubleshoot. I will find another Verizon store because the same rep had an attitude with my daughter, as well, on an earlier date. Too bad because it’s the store closest to both of us.
