They just seemed too eager to push people away because its 30 minutes until they close, not thinking that some people have been at work since 6 am and dont get off until 6 pm and only have a certain amount of time to go up there.

Faith is detailed, respectful of my time and courteous. Those qualities are hard to find these days but she exemplifies it. Customer Service tells you to take a phone to this location for trade in? They won't accept it. Customer service tells you to go this location to pick up a new device?
