- DDDe'MeSep 16, 20255.0My cat Ashe went in yesterday with an emergent condition and had to stay overnight. My son and I struggled to come up with payment, and the manager told us, "Don't worry about it tonite. We'll figure it all out tomorrow." Martie, at the front desk, is so friendly and kind, she kept a smile for us and didn't make me feel like I was annoying her with all our issues and questions. I didn't expect to get that same treatment from everyone we encountered, though. Everyone, and I DO mean everyone, were so gentle, and kind, and supportive in this crisis. My furbaby came home today much improved. For me, it's the customer service. They understanding that the humans need care as well. I am a customer for life!!!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They treated my dogs with such compassion and care, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. It’s rare to find a vet who combines medical expertise with such a warm, personal touch. My dog was calm and comfortable the entire visit — which says a lot! I truly trust Dr Brooks with my dogs health and well-being. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy vet, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Brooks at All Pets. She goes above and beyond every time!

We waited over 30 minutes just to be told we should go to the cheaper vet on greenwelI springs road. Remind you, No One never checked my dog or gave me a price. The worker straight jumped to the point of directing me some where else. I would love to speak to the Owner. BAD BUSINESS 100% DISCRIMINATION
