    Did not have a good experience here. Came in to get a print out of my bill, and then realized after I left that I needed 2 bills and not just the one. I went back and told the worker, Tre'veon, that I needed an additional bill printed out to which he told me that I was using up too much of their paper... Meanwhile the first bill was only 4 pages. I offered to bring a case of paper so he could print out the other bill, and then he told me that all he can do is email the estimate to me which isn't what I needed. I needed the actual bill with my name and former account number. When I asked for the manager (Very nicely might I add. I remained calm and kind the entire time even when he was acting rude) he LAUGHED at me and said "yeah I'm actually the manager." So safe to say I left with my issue unresolved. The workers at this store are unprofessional and the man I had to deal with was really rude and condescending. If you have to visit a Verizon store, definitely more worth it to drive the extra way to Natchitoches than deal with this store.
