- BYByron YoungOct 28, 20251.0I was going to buy a new phone and a new phone service in Abbeville. I already had Verizon, so I figured that I would stick with them, but I actually LEFT and SWITCHED because the Woman in the store basically ran me out. This store HAD ZERO conception of "customer service." I was going to sign a contract for $2000 and Buy a brand new phone for $600. The lady would not let me go to the bathroom to go pee. Just #1, not even #2. I was SHOCKED when this lady basically "waved me out" like shoo'd me out of the store because I asked to use some "sacred" "private" pee pee hole. Who cares? Well, I went to AT&T and THEY LET ME use the bathroom and since then, I have paid AT&T about $1400. Nice Work KAREN.

I contacted the Verizon Store and spoke with Brad. He assured me he would take great care of me. Did most of our business via phone while I was at work, not missing anything. Brad made it real easy for me to switch carriers, and keep my same numbers. Recently had an issue, and I picked up the phone and called Brad, and AGAIN, he made it real easy to do business. I have never had the customer service he has given to me. I would HIGHLY Recommend Brad and Verizon in Abbeville, La.
