    My wife wanted to transition to Verizon from AT&T. She thought a trip to the corporate store in Lexington might be the best route. She was able to get 2 of the 4 phones working. They sent her home with codes to activate the others. That did not work. We visited the Winchester store and Justin had us going in less than 30 minutes. 5 star service. Thanks Justin!

    I had to come into the store to get my phone fixed. The pop ups are crazy and won't let me useymphone. The guys in the store helped me out tremendously. Bradwas so patient. I love coming into this store and get help. They are always so friendly and welcoming.

    David was professional and patient. He took the time to ensure that I understood my return and set up of a new iPhone. He wasn’t going to push me through the door. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and understanding that he and Verizon were taking care of me. Such a great sales representative for Verizon. They’re lucky to have him!!
