After receiving a recommendation from a trusted friend, I called Ollie and explained the leakage our tenant was seeing in our rental property. He advised he would swing by and check out the roof that same day and contact us back. He contacted us back, gave us an outstanding estimate and said he would even take care of a nest of wasps that had made a home close to the roof. Initially he said it would be a week and a half to two weeks but was able to fit us in within the following week after contacting. The work needed was going to cost us double from an estimate we received from a company in Lexington. Impeccable customer service, roof looks amazing, we will certainly be recommending 5 Star and using them again for any of our roofing needs! 5 Star Roofing is a small town gem! Thanks a ton, Ollie!

They came by and said we noticed you are missing a few shingles and they have a few spare and offered to fix it free of charge. Was blown away by this kind gesture. Have been very respectful and cleaned up any debris that fell. If they would do this for a non customer I’m sure they go above and beyond.
