My boyfriend had recently upgraded to a new phone that was ordered from the Bowling Green store and he took his old phone back in too. They said go to bowling green bc that’s where his phone has to be returned to. And they wouldn’t assist with the transfer request bc they said we can but you will have to go to bowling green anyways so they can do it for you there instead. This store is worthless. What a waste of a drive. Won’t be back to this store again. May as well close it on down. And maybe some customer service training would do some good too. Have a great day!
