I called yesterday to find out if there was anyway I can get a free phone since mine was broken. The girl at the location told me there wasn't any way around it that I'd have to purchase a new phone, bc the "free phones" were for new customers etc. she said I needed to call customer service hotline for more help instead of helping me herself so I did. I called the customer service hotline and the very nice woman helped me out so much she explained that I could get the moto g 5g 2025 phone for free as long as I opened a new line on my account she explained the instructions amd outs and all of that, helped me a lot and also the chat feature they have on their website helped me too when I couldn't figure it out alone at first. Anyways, the thing is I want to thank the customer service line and chat line bc they were very helpful. Sometimes with in store people they don't feel like helping so they don't. Or they just don't care idk why else they'd be that way lol. Thanks
