Just because of my color after making a phone call to Verizon. Come to find out, there was not a fraud hold on my account at all they just created one. They just didn’t want me as a person of color to have anything from their store. this is saddening. I will never visit this store again. The store manager came out and lied directly to my face. I wish people in the world wasn’t like this, but that’s just the way it is. I was hurt, but God lifted me back up and continued my day on with blessings. Thank you Verizon for letting me know how you feel about people of color. I’m here to make sure that everyone knows the real deal about you guys. Have a blessed day. A couple days later we got a bill in the mail for 156.95 ! Never would we have agreed to pay that much! Now we have to go back to cancel whatever he did. Not happy with liars and thieves! All I really wanted was for the virus to be removed from my original phone. 0 stars should be available.
