We saw her at one location, and since they didn’t have the color phone we needed, she actually met us over at another store, to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. It was a Sunday evening nearing closing, so she was able to drive to another Verizon store, open it up for me and my son, and take care of us, even though she was not on the clock anymore. What amazing Service is that! I had some questions for next day, and I texted her, and she replied immediately with my answers. My husband needed a phone as well, so we went back the next day, asked for Rylan, and once again she was amazing! Definitely ask for her at any of the Verizon stores in Clarksville Tennessee.
