I picked out a phone, got onto HBO max and any other information I needed. Will be doing further service and I'm in love with my new phone :)

Had a constant stream of customers and patiently helped everyone without getting flustered or frustrated with anyone. Answered all question and managed to keep everyone satisfied while jumping between the different customers and problems he was presented with. Showed considerable knowledge in his field.

She did ask about spam and I think his reply was "oh that has to do with the FCC and their control over the airwaves, at the store level I have no control." Where the lady's said "oh you must be on the left" and he said something like he was a constitutionalist. Which I had to look up, the service rep tried multiple times to bring it back to sales, but the ladies kept on testing him. The final time he asked to get back to the sale, the customer did ask if his boss would be ok with this conversation he said "probably because he tried ending it multiple times. I've been with this location for years. I actually travel 40 min just to pay the bill here. With me only being cashed based, it's nice to see a consistent rep help me and know me by name.
- MCMari CoffeeOct 12, 20251.0My grandmother went and bought an IPhone and needed help setting it up while she was in the store, the man Kenneth, who was working that day reassured her that the transfer was complete but it wasn’t and now she has to head all the way back in order to try and get it set up again. Kenneth was to focused watching Tv and playing on his phone. He was interested in making the sale but that’s about as far as it went. We expect much better service than what was given.

Just because of the Spam question. He also told my Aunt. His bosses didnt care that he does that. So Cricket lost two sales today. His behavior was uncalled for.
