Everybody got up and walked to the back of the store like they didn’t wanna help you because it was getting time to close one little boy tried to help me, but he sort of did not want to help either Told me that he couldn’t really do anything to help me out to unlock a phone so he sent me to the Apple Store, which I was there two weeks ago at the Verizon store and a little guy did help me. He was very good. I just got the impression that nobody wanted to help tonight, but they all were in the mood to leave and didn’t want to help anyone to get started on a newphone or to help you with your phone there were exleast 4 guys that walked to the back I needed a I Phone unlocked for an 81 year-old mother that has pneumonia that needs her phone they were very in helpful

We spent about 3 days following going to the store trying to sort out all the issues he caused. We found out from verizon support the stores are private entities and the sales staff is just trying to mark commission. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want to spend a BUNCH of unnecessary money, just call verizon themselves. We were lied to and ripped off by this store.

He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great advice. He made sure everything was set to go before letting us walk out of the door and did a great job with our screen protector installation.
