- ZCZae CousinNov 13, 20255.0I went in to upgrade a line and possibly add a new line. Due to some things that needed to be done on my end, I wasn't able to upgrade the line the "traditional" way. However, Jacob was awesome, and figured out a way to get things done for me, along with getting an additional service. He was able to get the new line started with a newer phone, then swap the numbers from the line I initially wanted to upgrade to the new line. Which was perfect for what I wanted! So now my son's phone is upgraded, my daughter is getting an iPhone like she wanted and I also ended up with the Verizon Home internet. Highly recommend this location, has great employees with great customer service. And if he isn't already with someone, go and see Jacob, he will make sure you leave satisfied about your visit!

I was very impressed with the representative I spoke to on the phone the day before my arrival in Louisville to visit family. He informed me that they had the phone my mother was seeking, after I had lost faith in Verizon’s chat and phone sales representatives. The sales representative we were approached by upon entering the store, Brad Harpring, was exceptionally professional and highly helpful. I am generally skeptical of sales representatives, but he changed my perspective. The next time I need to purchase a new iPhone for my mother, I will make the purchase from this store and contact them in advance to confirm that Brad will be available that day.
