  Initially helped by Reid who was very patient and understanding in what I wanted and helped me to understand (and bring down) my bill. Purchased the new iPhone17 pro max and a new Apple Watch. Had to return to drop off my old phone and was helped this time by Titus, who also spent a lot of time going over questions I had. All were very friendly and helpful. This is now the only Verizon store I will go back to.

  Do not come here. The two frat doches who dress in a full suite to sell cellphones are comically bad workers. Don’t know how to work their systems. Had to wait an hour and a half just pick up my phone which is usually a 5 min process.

  I switched from TMobile to Verizon. I owed 4 teams to TMobile. The seller Andrés promised in July to send me the checks to cancel the debt of the equipment to TMobile. Today, December 22, nothing that the checks arrive, does not answer messages or calls and the debt has already reached a collection agency. Now I call Verizon and they want a detail of the debt to TMobile because they have nothing in their systems.

  They guy told me the phone would be $80 down and $60 month to jump on my parents plan....then the bill came for almost $600. Now he won't answer! They have tons of hidden fees and additional cost!

  Don’t go to Verizon. They will rip you off stay with your other carrier. They ripped me off and I’ve been with them now for one year. I have to stay with them three years otherwise they will sue me and I did not realize that they do people like this like if you turn your phone in the first day, they will take it. You got so many days to get your Phone back at other companies, but Verizon don’t do that the minute you take your phone and give it to them you can get out of your contract, but you cannot get your phone back. They screwed me. They wouldn’t let me do nothing about it so I’m stuck for three years paying plenty of money so if you know anybody don’t go here, they will rip you off. All Verizon places are just like this so stay away from Verizon. They were you’re at get away from Verizon cause they will rip you off. You will have a three year deal everybody else is two years but when I try to go back to get my phone back, they will not let me have it. They said you can leave, but you won’t have your phone so the next time I go to turn into another carrier I would not have a phone so they screwed me so I just said OK I’ll stay here but I’m letting you know do not go here. They will rip you off. They will charge you. Your payment will be going up and down all around so stay away from these people if you had any sense, they’re no good. Don’t go to this place.
