    The store is a joke. I went in this morning to get help with my business, I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. I walked in 10 minutes till 10am and was abruptly met by a large gentleman who yelled at me and told me to leave his story immediately. I had one simple question to ask him, He was rude and has no customer service skills. He could have easily apologized and said, our store isn’t open. You’ll have to come back at 10 he just yelled at me. You need to go get you some customer service skills!

    Brandon is amazing. He helped me trade in my 15Pro for a 17Air and he was very accommodating. He answered questions I have regarding the Air and made me feel comfortable that it wasn’t a lesser phone than a Pro or a Pro Max. He’s very good at conversation and makes the time between transferring data and updating the new Air to ios26 fly by. He was very calm in his demeanor toward me and he even helped me initiate a solution to a potential IT issue I’m experiencing.

    I terminated my contract at the end of my 3 year agreement several months ago. Throughout my 3 year term, services were removed by Verizon, support was terrible, and the price went up and up. I started paying an agreed upon $80.00 for unlimited everything including hotspot, by the end it was $220 no hotspot, capped data. It was awful. So I called and spent nearly 2 hours begging to be disconnected and my number ported over to T Mobile. It was hours of them still trying to sell me on offers and deals after I already explained my desire to terminate our relationship permanently. Finally they moved me and I thought I was finally free from the nightmare. However, that is when the nightmare with them truly began. They purposefully didn’t turn off my watch in an effort to keep services billing against my knowledge nor permission, even after we had already terminated everything. Now 4 months later I’m still getting bills for services even when I am no longer a customer. I have called over a dozen of times, spent almost 20 house in talking to AI chat bots, call center staff, driving to onsite retail and corporate stores. Because I’m not a customer it makes speaking to anyone 10x difficult. No human being with any authority to correct the issue is able to be spoken to directly. They refuse to provide any support, and at this point are harassing me with additional bills. This has been going so long they have already sent me to collections at a time I’m trying to find a place to live. I don’t understand how a simple billing mistake made by Verizon! has to consume so much of my life. It still has not been corrected, no apologies or compensation has been offered for my extreme investment into this simple issue. To be very clear, I am no longer a customer nor will I ever return. I utilize no Verizon services or devices. I 100% stand firm I owe 0.00 to Verizon and at this point feel they owe me rather significantly for my time into this. I don’t know what else to do. If anyone willing is to assist with any legal recourse I may have. I just don’t see why they can’t just say, “Our Apologies, we will take care of the matter right away”. Then fix the issue on their end. That is all that is needed. I’m just baffled by the tactic of throwing things on fraudulent bills to see what sticks, then try to ware you down through designed bureaucracy and technologies that make it almost impossible to get any kind of customer support services.
