    My A/C went out. I called Sterling at 7 am and by 8:30 am a tech was at my house fixing the problem. Every time I have needed something, Sterling has been there promptly, with great service, and done at a very fair price. They have never tried to oversell me. They are always honest, and a pleasure to deal with from Danny to all the techs. Highly recommend Sterling!!!

    My wife and I have been a customer of Sterling every since we purchased our newest home 3 and a half years ago and they've always given us excellent service. On December 24th,2022, our furnace stopped working, I made an emergency call to them and a a service technician called back withi minutes. He talked me through the issues that I was having and gave me things to do over the phone which fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company, and I'm very thankful for their technicians.

    After calling at least 5 local HVAC professionals in the area, Sterling genuinely outperformed my expectations on price, quality of work and speed. Paul, Tim, Jordan and Mike worked diligently to listen to my needs, my budget, and my expectations. I went with the Bosch unit and it must be the most quiet, yet powerful system I have ever witnessed. I got several estimates and really did my homework. I was amazed at the price of the unit compared to much more inferior equipment. I feel these guys are honest and genuinely do their best to make you happy. I now know much more about HVAC and feel I have a proficient working knowledge of the brands and their capabilities. I am hopeful their ongoing service will keep me this satisfied. Thanks Guys! Mark
