We have been Verizon customers since 1999 and I have never received such rude unprofessional service as I did today. I know the employee's name but will not mention it on this review, however I think you can narrow it down. I am definitely looking for another Verizon store for my business.

One of them greeted me as I walked through the door and asked me what I needed. When I asked a question, they were not very good about answering coherently and it felt like I should’ve already known what or where to go. As someone that works in retail, it is very disappointing to see other places, especially where people normally come for help or need to buy something that they were just slacking off. While I was grateful that I was greeted. I did not appreciate the seemingly laziness from the workers.
