- KPK PNov 24, 20251.0Worst customer service ever! Arrived at 4:30 (they were open til at least 7pm). Two customers before us, 2 employees 'working'. One customer left, but the 2nd employee didn't even acknowledge us for another 30+ minutes. The other customer and employee were chatting non stop, and taking their sweet time without even acknowledging that we were waiting as well. Apparently he was the manager that evening. When the employee who was on the phone for 30+ min. finally acknowledged us, we told him we wanted to trade a phone in that we just had purchased through Verizon. He walked away and went back on his phone...not one word to us. Then we waited at least another 35-40 min. Eventually the employee who we talked to went to the manager and asked him about it, and they were talking between one another WITH the customer who was there listening. Shouldn't they have been talking with US about OUR issue, not the other customer? They said not one word to us except that they can't exchange my phone since I did not buy it there directly (not true according to Verizon!). We walked out and will never return or encourage others to step foot in that place again. The employees are rude, uncaring and are lazy! Why is it called a VERIZON store if you cannot go there with Verizon issues??

He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him even though this location closes at 8. all I wanted to do was return a charging cable and a power box I would give less stars but the guys previously that day were good to me
