Tyler was very informative about our new phones and the accessories that we needed. He helped with our plans and all of the perks. He was very detailed on showing us how to use the phones. I would highly recommend Tyler to receive a bonus or pay increase for his dedication to Verizon and their customers. Today, October 23, 2025 we went back to Verizon with a few questions and Henry was very helpful and solved all of our concerns. Henry deserves a bonus or pay increase from Verizon because of his customer service. We have been loyal customers for 35 years and will only come to the Georgetown, Ky. location because of the customer service.
