I contacted Verizon and spent over and hour trying everything possible but never found them. I decided to go to the local Verizon store for suggestions, and that is when I met Katie. I explained to her everything we tried and handed over both phones. In less than 5 minutes, she noticed I had two different gmail accounts, which was news to me. All my photos were in the second account, which she cleverly got moved to the proper place. I left as one happy customer and strongly recommend seeing Katie if you have any issues.

A Verizon store should help you with Verizon equipment without charging people. The girl behind the counter actually wearing a Verizon shirt was very rude also. No help at all.
