This manager treats the staff and customers like trash while letting the whole store know the opening and closing process to the store along with its secure access information. there were several customers in the store hearing this information. This is a serious warning. Do not show up 45 to 20 minutes before closing. Yes the door is unlocked, they will stare at you until you either leave or they will yell across the store (not get up and tell you) but yell from their seats, "We are closed and only seeing appointments!" Then after you walk out confused and insulted... an employee will then get up and lock the door in your face. Trash!! and the so called manager will interrupt the staff in the middle of them assisting customers to speak to the staff, without an "excuse me," and will talk about the stores security out loud in front of the customers he cuts off ever so rudely. The staff is spoken to like the customers are. So I do not fully blame the staff. Management is the star in the dumpster fire!
