- ARAmy R.Dec 20, 20251.0My family purchased a phone from this location in 2024. Called for a proof of receipt as we lost access to the phone and Apple can't assist without it. The associate (or manager?), Joe, was less than helpful. He could find the account but not the phone numbers associated with it — said those numbers weren't under the account. When I asked how that was possible, he said that their "records" showed that we haven't had any dealings with them since 2018. When I began to explain the situation and how we had purchased the phone from that very location, that those numbers have been under the account for YEARS, he got very irritated and began talking down to me about the whole ordeal. In pure frustration and anger, I told him to have a good day and hung up. We've run into problems every time with this location and they're a "corporate store" and supposed to be better equipped than the little local Verizon retail stores. I would not recommend Verizon as a company or this location in general as they have horrible customer service and overall attitude of their management is abysmal. So glad we cancelled our Verizon plan. Good luck and Godspeed to anyone that goes there. You're going to need it.

He was sitting at the front door and a little old man needed help with his bank app. He repeatedly talked down to him very loud trying to embarrass the man and make him feel stupid. Myself and other customers couldn’t believe this was tolerated. I asked a lady for help ( she looked like a supervisor) and asked if she could stop the man from being treated so awfully. She advised that she worked for the business team and had already tried to bring it to upper management. Why is this being allowed? I see tons of reviews before mine speaking of the same manager joe. This needs fix. Elder abuse. This is why people are leaving verizon
