Bethany had read my comment and was familiar with my situation and was able to get me the support I needed in under 10 minutes - quickest visit to a cell phone store I have ever had! These visits are typically frustrating and I admit I was having a bit of a moment, but she (and the rest of the staff) were patient and understanding of my issue. Thanks again!

The manager in this location is less than helpful and doesn't care about the customers. I have dealt with Bethany and Jacob whom have been more than helpful. I should have stayed with the company I had, this company has been nothing but problems. I regret making this change. Update: They have finally gotten my bill right thanks to Jason Wasson whom really fought on my behalf. I hope you people realize what a great service he provides. He is the reason I didn't go back to my old carrier.

When arrived to the store, a guy name Aaron handed me my phone I asked about getting my number transferred, instead of helping he kept telling me to call customer service they can help. It came off as he was being lazy and didn’t want to help assist. I will never go in this location for ANYTHING! People pay all this money and get treated like crap!
