    I switched 2 lines from T-Mobile for me and my husband. We just got our first bill and there are 4 numbers on my account. Grace was my sales person. Do not go there she was rude and shady. Just go to another Verizon. I will be disconnecting my account.

    We went in to switch my phone from Att to my partners plan. Everything seemed to be all good. Once we looked at our new bill, we discovered that they added a whole additional line without our consent. We went to the JC store to get it sorted out. We still have to get customer service to give us a credit. This is highly unprofessional and not good business. We are extremely unhappy with this unacceptable type of service. It seems this is not uncommon behavior for employees at this location. I would never recommend anyone going here.

    Its taken two trips and over two hours of my time to try and undo the upsales and extra charges that Josh sold me. They will lie to you about what your bill will look like to get an up or extra sale. They said they couldn't reverse the charges that I needed to call and handle it online. Just save yourself the hassle and go to another Verizon store.

    Sitting here at Verizon waiting and waiting. After a 2+ hour experience, I had to inform my wife I would be late for dinner. This, as is with every encounter with Verizon, is an utter disaster. Our representative was great and helpful, but the processes and systems are horrible. The experience with Verizon are the signs and symptoms of a company working too hard to keep customers and maintain revenue. For any entrepreneurs out there, there is an opportunity to disrupt the big cell phone company industry.
