Looking into getting out and looking for a new phone service. Price to high and was not told an exact amount. Had to call customer service multiple times and I got transferred and when I found someone to help, there was no way to reconnect with the representative and lied to that info was not in that account but then in store they said it was noted in my account but can’t get ahold of them. Now waiting for print out of my information and they have me sitting waiting a long time to print something. Me being an unhappy customer has turned into more of a punishment and isn’t very helpful anymore.

He was able to recover data that we did not think would be possible. I can say enough good things about him. Bonus is that this building was not as busy as some we have been to so we did not have to wait long nor did we feel rushed. Thanks, Anthony!

- CBC BradOct 3, 20251.0Don't bother coming here. If there is anyone already there just turn around and walk out. It takes forever and this isn't the only review with such a complaint. Look at the store's other 1 star reviews, and you will see what I mean. I have been here twice, first time to pick up an online order I made for the Verizon 5g Internet router and the most recent being to return the router. Both times I had to wait extremely long times as the store associate wouldn't even acknowledge my presence and continues talking to the already present customers like no one else is in the room. This last time, I waited a while and then placed the router next to the sale associate who then only acknowledged me enough to say that they don't do router returns at that particular Verizon and then went back to the other customers. I was extremely upset because I had waited several minutes and it is as all for nothing. I am also upset because why can you order and pick the routers there but not return them?!??? Make it make sense, Verizon, and don't send me any crappy reply to this review saying to contact a certain number to talk more about the issue. Train your associates to at least acknowledge another customer entering the store and saying that they will be right with them rather than just flat out of ignoring them.
