- NBNicole BeloteSep 6, 20255.0Robert and Abrahaim (hopefully i spelled his name right) were extremely attentive as well as helpful. Abrahaim took the time to assist in getting my numbers ported over from my previous carrier, even staying after he clocked out to answer questions and assist in the activation process. Robert was very attentive from the start and never pressured me. He was extremely patient during the hiccups of porting over my numbers, and never seemed bothered over the length of time everything took. Both of these gentlemen showed great customer service as well as being very polite and professional. They truly know how to make a customer feel appreciated and not just a number. Thank you Cricket!! Thank you gentlemen for being so awesome!! 5 STARS!!!

There were 3 guys there, one customer and it looked like the other guys didn’t even want to help me. I then called a cricket store in Wichita and they were confused why the one here could not (or more like did not want to) help me. I drove all the way to Wichita for them to switch my phone in less than 10 minutes. It could have been in the store in Hutch. Not sure why they didn’t want to but please don’t come to this store if you need help. I’ll gladly drive to Wichita for any help before coming back to this store with THOSE workers.
