I used the app to setup a payment plan, got confirmation to turn around and get service cut like I never set it up. Then get charged for a payment arrangement after I call them. First time in 10 years as a customer of Verizon 2 years of it here in kansas. The bill has doubled out of the blue as well. The service is not that great for over a $400 a month rate. I will be switching service today

Everyone was extremely professional and helped with every need that I had. It’s hard to find excellent customer service in today’s age but this place was the prime example of that not being true. Kudos to all the reps at this location. They deserve recognition along with compensation. This is how you keep customers satisfied.

Both of our phones worked, and could receive emails and texts, but my iPhone could not access the Internet from a cell signal. I spent literally hours on the phone from France, speaking with two different levels of Verizon techs who could not solve my problem. So my phone was absolutely useless for any type of navigating. Upon returning home, I visited the Verizon store in Derby. I told Jose my problem, and with my phone in his hand, he was able to fix the issue in about 3 to 4 minutes. Absolutely stunning! Props to Jose, and shame on Verizon’s phone support.
