    The absolute best, easiest and quickest experience I have ever had replacing a phone. Brandie was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She made sure everything worked before I left the store and went above and beyond making the process stress free. Highly recommend Russell Cellular, Columbus, Kansas!

    Bought a lot of stuff in there the other day. Went home to set up the Apple Watch only to find it was locked out to its “owner” and couldn’t get in it. Spent hours upon hours with customer service of various degrees. Only to look back at my receipt and see it was “pre owned” which was not told to us upon purchase. I finally went back in the store per advice from Apple just to find out that it was registered to the EMPLOYEE that helped me, named Hayden. The woman was kind that helped us, but explained she was going to have to charge us a $90 fee if I returned it and replaced it. Despite none of this being remotely related to us or our fault. After another HOUR of my time wasted, the kind woman was able to get the correct Apple ID and password from Hayden the employee, to open the watch and unlock it. We are so so frustrated. The other devices were bought as Christmas gifts who we are now uncertain about working because of all this. 10/10 do not recommend going here unless you have lots of time to waste.

    Terrible. 2.5 hours of waiting around and not getting anywhere. Right when we were about done the sales representative gets up and leaves. Then got sent home with my phone that wasn’t working. Go back the next day 3 more hours and more troubles. Luckily the nice lady that stepped in the day before got it all squared away.

    Worst customer service i have every dealt with. Starts off with answering the phone, with Hello, lowest voice possible, tell them you cant hear them, not even sure if you got the right number because it wasnt like they introduced them self or the company. She replies with 'OH Better" I asked if they have a product in stock. Clerk turns asked a few question to co-worker then says "We have plus", Not what i asked. There was not a "no sorry we dont" or anything it was We have a plus. I stated to her thatf needed the Ultra , so i guess that would be a NO you dont then? "Well yeah a no then" was the reply i got. This is the 3rd time i have attempted to do business with Columbus Verizon, and each time this type of Customer service. Never again.
