From start to finish, she demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a level of dedication that is extremely rare to find these days. She took the time to personally ensure every detail was handled correctly, followed through when she didn’t have to, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation—not just doing her job, but doing it right. Her leadership was evident in the way she communicated, stayed calm under pressure, and treated me with respect and understanding throughout the entire experience. Because of her actions, my faith in this company has been completely restored. Employees like her are the backbone of any successful organization, and she deserves unlimited thanks, recognition, and appreciation for the standard she sets. This was not just good customer service—it was outstanding, above-and-beyond excellence. If every store had a manager like her, customer loyalty would never be a concern. We were there early about 9:55 the store opens at 10:00, the customer service rep was there and had a customer in the store, he most likely had an appointment. We walked in was told the store wasn't open till 10:00. We waited outside , mean while there were 4 other customers showed up. At 10:00 the Rep did not unlock the door, we waited, it was about 10 minutes after 10 when we decided to leave. The Rep could have at least open the door for the customers waiting. It was only 41 degree, not bad but still. This was very poor customers service.
