I used the case 3 days and decided to get a leather case somewhere else because the case I bought was too slippery in my hand. I came in today to return the case, and was told I could not because I did not have the box. Problem is, the rep on 10/18 offered to throw it away for me, but did not disclose that not keeping the box would make it ineligible for return. I find this as a very DECEPTIVE practice, they offer to throw away boxes so you cannot return them. What a dishonest place to do business!

Asked what I was paying for and they just told me taxes and fees so when I got the receipt later (that was sent to another family member email) and saw the extra I had to go back for a refund. They still added a protection plan on and when my husband asked about it they tried gaslighting us saying they fully explained it to me when they did explain another plan and I told them no protection plans. They were unable to help me set up the phone even though I paid for a set up service, too busy talking to another customer that was buying all new phones to help me anymore after I paid (there were 3 of them helping the other person). Luckily the guy working there fixed it and the only reason I am even giving a 2 star.
