- AMAaron MullinsNov 12, 20252.0Spent 7hrs in store shortly after open to close no other customers with a gentleman who shortly after I had was no longer working with the company changing my carrier and services, was given wrong phone that I selected no biggie but that’s how stressed this gentleman was during the whole process and was told I would receive a rebate card for phone pay off. Still have not received it months later, being told no record is showing of my old phone or paperwork of even getting a rebate card being submitted. The people are very nice and polite but I feel either some deeper training or more processing of operations need addressed. If staff is struggling like the gentleman I had who was only person working and had 1 person come in during the 7hr process I was there. I believe at that time if someone who is struggling needs to be accompanied by a supervisor and not left on an island to experience high levels of stress and anxiety alone, he said he had only been there a month or so. Again not bashing the people just the process. Small store I get that but even small shops can be a power house when ran professionally and efficiently. I would address this. Would rate higher on staff being polite and respectful but this is based only on results and follow through. This could be much better.
