- SSSharon SykesNov 15, 20251.0Horrible experience. I have been a Cricket customer for more than 15 years and went to this store to replace my phone on Thursday. The manager told me that if I waited until the following day, she was having a special and my phone would be "totally free", she could waive the phone price, upgrade fee and activation. I thought it was worth the 80 mile round trip. But when I got there, she told the employee to charge me $60 for not buying accessories, (which were never even offered) when I questioned, she simply told me to leave and never come back to her store. When I questioned that, she called the police! I waited and told them what happened and she lied to the police.

She mentioned things changed, and things that happened were not allowed. Anyway, my son bought a new phone, needed a new Sim card. Since my son nor myself was an authorized user on the account, she was able to add us both using FaceTime with my husband. Long story short, they went above & beyond for us. We greatly appreciate your time with us!! Thank You bunches!! Keep up the awesome work!! God bless ya both!!
