  Went in to help a friend that had issues understanding the technical language when purchasing a device at another location. The price and device specs were misrepresented at the other store but Chase here used his knowledge and skills and applied them to successfully resolve at the issues we had. I felt useless because Chase understood how to talk to the basic everyday customer. I am now in the process of switching to Verizon because of this Portage location. Thank you Chase!

  This is not my first time at this store, nor will it be my last. I used to go to this store quite often as i lived in South Bend, but last year i moved to Detroit and there is not a single verizon store here that is decent. So i called my friends at the Portage Road location in South Bend. I was greeted by Marcos, i informed him that i was a Verizon business customer and asked if he could help me with a few things on my account. Let me tell you, this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I told him i wanted the Iphone 17 Pro Max (blue) 512GB, and i wanted it shipped to me in Detroit. This man made it happen. He also ran all the numbers and informed me on exactly how much my bill would change and everything. Also even kept in touch through text just to make things easier for the both of us (with me working like i do, its hard to talk on the phone). Thank you so much Marcos. Somebody tell Chase that this man needs a raise 😉 miss you guys! Thank you so much ❤️

  I cannot tell you how thankful I was that we stopped at the Verizon Cellular Sales store on Portage Road in South Bend yesterday and met Noah. Since November, my husband and I have been trying to resolve multiple issues that arose after taking advantage of a promotion at another Verizon store in the area. We made nearly ten visits and placed at least three customer service phone calls—totaling over 40 hours of our personal time trying to get Verizon to give us a correct billing statement. When we received our most recent bill, we still thought there was a problem. My friend told me that the Portage Road Verizon store was the best in the area. She went there multiple times after other Verizon stores could not help her. I am so glad I took her suggestion. Noah was amazing. He was kind and honest and resolved our nearly ten-month problem within a half hour after we entered the store. Even though our November purchases were not made at his store, Noah seemed to really care and went above and beyond trying to help us. He listened intently, understood the issues, solved our problems, and he explained to us what had happened. He conferred with Chase to verify everything. (Chase, also, seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.) For the first time since November, I left a Verizon store with a smile on my face and zero frustration. I now will be able to drive past a Verizon store without hyperventilating. Before meeting Noah, we thought about leaving Verizon because of our negative experiences. Now, thanks to Noah, we know that we are in good hands and our faith in Verizon has been restored. Our experience at the Verizon store on Portage Road was amazing, and it will be the only Verizon store we will ever go to from now on. Noah (and Chase) should give training to all the other Verizon stores on how employees should become familiar with all details of Verizon promotions, how to listen to customers, and how to provide outstanding customer service. This by far is the best Verizon store in the area. If I could give Noah and this Verizon Cellular Sales store more than five stars, I would. They ROCK! Thanks, Noah (and Chase).

  My iPhone 15 had completely stopped working and got amazing help and walked out extremely satisfied with a new phone and great deal. Special thanks to Marco who was very friendly and supportive under the situation!
