    The one star is about verizon as a company not the people in this store. Horrible customer service and constantly dropping calls and when I finally ended my account they made it a whole ordeal to get and itemized bill. It took many phone calls and nearly 3 months to get it while dealing with badgering automated calls that said we would like to talk to you about your past due bill but when you hit the button to talk to them it would say noone is available please call back later. These came daily for weeks while I was still trying to get an itemized final bill from them. They then proceeded to threats including listing every card I ever used to pay my bill and threatening to start charging them 1 by 1 until they got there money which I still hadn't recieved a copy of the itemized bill. They then tried charging those cards which I never authorized fortunately my card company's blocked the charge and contacted me to verify so they couldn't succeed. Then they continued the harassment with threats about collection upon which time I finally got the itemized bill 3 months after canceling my account. I then paid 3/4 of the bill and told them come the following payday I would pay the rest and they continued to call text and email me daily about a past due balance which would have been paid months ago if they had just sent me the itemized bill from the getgo. Horrible ordeal is finally over as I got paid today and paid the last 1/4 of the final bill. Good riddance and if you travel at all I recommend avoiding them like the plague as service is horrible while on the move. And when you are ready to cancel your service be ready for consstant harassment and a fight to get a final bill from them. I'm 3 months in with tmobile and no longer have my calls dropping all day.

    How are yall gonna change people's plans and perks without saying anything. Then blame it on it being a "Disney problem" like honestly. Yall changed her from Do or Get more onto the newer plan with perks. That screws up everything with account set up. That isn't on her. And yall did a plan change without telling her saying "Pricing stays the same" this is why FCC complaints and suits keep coming for Verizon cause shady sales people keep not disclosing information.
