- LFLorelei FailleOct 26, 20251.0Just had to let you all know that if you get a upgrade here and your data is taking some time to transfer do not I repeat do not walk out of that store without making sure the new phone is not defective. It happened to my son who bought his phone with his own money. We were told it's gonna take hours to transfer so if you want to take it home. After data was transferred there was a line of pixels inside the phone not lit up. They would not replace that defective phone and actually told us the manager was sick and wouldn't be in for a few days. They led us on we were speaking to the manager the the whole time. We are forced to go though Samsung now to get the brand new defective phone fixed. What a bunch of bull. No worries KARMA is coming...they need to be schooled on customer service. It doesn't exist at this store.

(It’s always down around this time). I walked out she turned the open light off before closing time. Every time I come to this location near closing, the internet is down. :(

(we have been cricket customers for roughly 7 years) We found this location by chance and we couldn't have been happier. Clean, seating, phone displays with ample choices for all budgets. But the topper at this location was their service. We were taken care of by a gentleman named Freddy. He is very knowledgeable and swift with the transfer of data and activation of new phones. He was also able to save us money on our monthly bill. His great disposition made for a more than pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location.
