Nick is SUPER helpful, patient with our endless questions, and is happy to take as long as it takes to get your concerns resolved. Whenever we have phone issues, if a quick google search doesn’t fix the issue, we just head over to see Nick and he takes care of us. My experience at some cell phone stores has been that if you aren’t there to spend money, and are just there for help with something, that they try to just get by helping the minimum amount so they can get to a customer that is there to spend money. Thats DEFINITELY not the case with Nick! Our last visit to Nick was due to a phone crashing. After working on the phone, diagnosed our issue with a crashed processor, and gave us the script to call Verizon corporate to request a warranty replacement. Nick gave us the jargon to use, the phone numbers to call, guidance on what fees there may be and how to request waiver of those fees (which all fees ended up getting waived). Our new phone arrived in the mail a couple days later. Once the new phone arrived, and knowing we have Nick in our corner, instead of trying to setup the new phone ourselves, we made a call to set an appointment with Nick and he took care of swapping over the phone.
