Long story short ATT basically made it mission impossible for me to upgrade my phone with trade in to a newer one. After even threatening them that I would be switching carriers they rather saw me walk out the door after being a loyal customer with them for at least the last 10 years than to help me. I called up the Verizon store explained the situation, within the hour I had my new phone with my same number carried over and bonus I got to even keep my phone. I’m not one to get on google reviews right after leaving somewhere but Austin was just so great that I had to. Thanks Verizon for being there when ATT basically left me out in the cold!!
