- JJJoshOct 1, 20251.0They're supposed to be open till 8:00 and it's 5:08-6:20 there's nobody at the store and the doors are locked. I don't know what the problem is, they're either having a really long break but there's no reason for them to be closed this early. If they closed early at least have a sign out. Very disappointed I've been going through cricket for years and I've always had issues with them. Might be time for a new manager! 😒

- DSDora StephensonAug 6, 20212.0Went to the store with every intention on purchasing a much needed new iPhone tonight, we arrived to the store at 7:45pm....store closes at 8pm....Unpack my 1 yr old and what do you know the door was already locked, sign showing closed and no one in sight. Well, other than what I could assume was the workers two vehicles parked directly out of the front doors WITH people in them. Not a word was exchanged which seemed rather rude since it was obvious we were planning on coming in and had a baby to take in and out of the car. Skipping out of work early = no sales commission on a $800+ phone 🤷🏼♀️ I’ll try another location in the future.

Amazing company to have service through. Great service provider, always understanding and will walk you through anything you are not for sure of. Been with them for almost 4 years. Everywhere i go, i have service unlike some companies where you have service here but not down the road. And the prices are great too. Friendly customer service.
