- KHKim HollowaySep 7, 20255.0I just wanna thank Holly for the excellent service this past Saturday morning. I made the horrific mistake of switching to T-Mobile after many many years at Verizon. I will never ever make that mistake again. I couldn’t send any photos videos or attachment. I didn’t receive 2/3 of my incoming phone calls. The T-Mobile app never worked kept telling me to “try later”. Holly had me back with Verizon in a better plan and completely fixed up and out the door in less than a half an hour her calm demeanor and pleasant helpfulness is unlike any service I’ve had at other phone stores. Thank you so much I’m sure we’ll be seeing you again for all our phone needs.
